WE ARE ONE OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL CHARTER SCHOOL NETWORKS IN THE U.S.

We’re part of one of the nation’s top charter systems. Our sister organization, Friendship Public Charter Schools (DC), has a 100% graduation rate borne of a rigorous curriculum, exemplary instruction, resource-rich forums,  and a total commitment to student achievement. The Friendship Aspire Academy STEM School at Bowie will be a natural extension of these achievements.

TESTIMONIALS

“Friendship is very different from any other school. Even from talking to other parents in my community. The school is different. Extracurricular activities for their age, they get to experience a lot of things that most high school students get to experience. Like television, entertainment, being on basketball teams, cooking. They
even got a chance to be on a local cooking television show being in Friendship. The school uses that word ‘family.’ It’s like a family. It is true.”

Erica Simpson, Mother of 2 Friendship Students

“I think the personal touch and warmth that I felt from the top all the way down the chain has impacted my decision and it’s played into the entire journey of Friendship. I would say something that is very unique is their response. They listen to every comment, especially in PTA meetings, and their response is so unique to where it builds on that positive brand of the school but it also answers questions and cancels concerns. I think they’ve mastered their response and it’s very unique to Friendship.”

Olandera Dunn, Mother of 1 Friendship Student

“Best decision we made. A lot of times you try stuff out. But this was a good one for real. I’m a police officer. They treat them like they are their own children. I give them a 100% A+.”

Deondre Goodwin, Father of 2 Friendship Students

“We have seen more growth from our daughter this past semester than all her other years. The small classes and more personalized instruction and lessons has been very beneficial. I believe that this is what she has been needing in order to succeed.”

Maegan Norsworthy, Parent of a Friendship 3rd Grader

“Friendship Lab School for Dyslexia has been such a blessing. We feel it has met our son where he is. He’s consistently improving. He’s learning. He’s happy. If only we had been able to start him there sooner.”

Stephanie Sublett, Parent of a Friendship 6th Grader

“My daughter came from public school with low confidence, feeling misunderstood, and unable to read or write. She now has confidence and is eager to learn. She feels understood and capable. She has shown huge progress with reading, writing and all aspects of learning. Sending her to Friendship Labs was one of the best decisions I have ever made regarding her care. I’ve never seen a more caring and dedicated group of teachers & staff.”
